  Not Cajun food. It took 2 workers to guess and tell me what the food was on the buffet. The shrimp are micro-shrimp. 100% store bought from china. Yuck. Only thing decent was the fried catfish and salad bar

  I have ordered 4 times from holliers. 3 times at the new location and 1 time at the old location. All times it has hasn't been very good. bbq was flavorless, hamburger steak was processed and gross, grilled chicken was even a processed pattie. Both locations need new chefs desperately. Me and my company won't be returning. Staff is always nice though. fyi.

  We've been here several times. The atmosphere is great and the food is amazing. It feels very inviting and relaxed. We have to go every time we go to or thru Lake Charles. Also, their boudain, sausages and other meats you can buy from their freezers are delicious!
